PIER PLAZA

The block-long stretch of Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach between Hermosa Avenue and the city’s pier always has been a natural gathering place for amazing restaurants and dining. Pier Plaza is also home to The Fiesta Hermosa arts and crafts festival, one of Southern CA larger festivals.

VOLLEYBALL

Home to many professional volleyball tournaments as well as surf competitions. Hermosa is well known for producing many fine athletes. Try your skill out in front of Hermosa Oasis, we have the volleyballs.

SURFING

Surfing is a large part of Hermosa’s Heritage. In order to honor our strong surfing history we annually recognize Hermosa’s surfing legends with the Surfer’s Walk of Fame, located on the Hermosa Beach Pier. Each year we hold a Surfer’s Walk of Fame Induction Ceremony to commemorate the newly chosen inductees. Each inducted surfer is acknowledged by the placement of their name engraved on bronze plaques embedded along the pier.

Rodeo Drive hosts a collection of exclusive events ranging from luxurious jewelry festivals to seasonal holiday spectaculars. These annual must-see events are featured only on Rodeo Dr..

HOLLYWOOD

So much to do, so here are a few, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Guided Tours, The Hollywood Bowl, Universl Studios & The City Walk. The list goes on...

DISNEYLAND

The happiest place on earth just 40 minutes to the East of Hermosa Oasis. Spend the day with Mickey and Friends. Then the next day at Disney Adventure, no need to rent a hotel room, we are close!

THE STRAND

The Strand is a 22-mile bike path that connects many of L.A.’s best beaches and offers the best day of coastal bike riding that anyone could ask for. The flat, paved path winds through Hermosa, as well as Manhattan to the north & Redondo & Torrance to the south. Heading northward you will ride past Playa del Rey, a small jet inland at Marina Del Rey and back on the beach at Venice & on through Santa Monica.  The Strand is popular with cyclists, joggers, rollerbladers and anyone lucky enough to find themselves on the beloved beachside path.
